This was created in Autodesk Inventor. I liked the idea from MTO and saw the errors and was able to make this idea work.

I will be using this for fish food and still working on the end for a motor and the end for the outlet.

Files uploaded for the ends of the coil. (Parts designed to work with Coil 2 only)

End Cap, Half Coil, and Flat mount.

Flat mount allows a attaching a servo horn with glue or screws.

Coil 1 has a thinner web and Coil 2 has a tapered web.

The files are for a 25mm pitch with 25mm diameter coil and will fit in a 1" PVC pipe. Scaling by 2 will make it 50mm pitch with a 50mm diameter with will work in 2" PVC pipe

Print the End Cap and the Flat Mount with opening up.

Attach segments with bolts and nuts, zip ties or using filament to make a rivet. Using filament like a rivet is using a small piece of 3mm and putting it in the hole and heating one end up with a soldering iron or similar and smashing the end flat and then repeat for the other side.

Half Coil needed on both ends to add either the cap or mount.
