After having to relevel my platfrom after severla builds due the pressure applied getting parts off. Also being fixed to the TOM makes it hard to get Kapton Tape without air bubbles. So I decided to make the HBP so I could take it on and off without messing up the Z height. What i did is use a previous printed leveler I posted before buhttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9094 ) I added four (4)flat head 3mm screws and four (4) super magnets JB weled into the wood plat form. It works great maybe some one else would like it so i posted it.

I added the a STEP file of the complete design for those who want to modify it for changes.

1st purchase four (4) magnets you need the focused Neo-metal shielded kind. Basickly they are Nod-Type with a metal sleve to foucus the pulling power. In the picture shown shows what I used which where ones you can buy at hardwear store to pick up small tools. You can get them at Lowes or Home Depot or ACE.

2nd Cut holes as show in picturees to mount the magents and glue them flush to the wood surface. I used JB Weld, that stuff glues very well!

3rd Print the Leveler parts and put it togethere. You do need to grove out for the flat head screws so they are flus with the plastic (see picture). They are 3mm Hex Flat about 4mm to 5mm long. See http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9094 for the leveler parts.

4th Dont forget to sand the wood and the corners so the platform sitts on it very easy but not lose!!!!

5th It not mandatory but i would also print and install the new power connector i posted. This connetor will handle reppeated removales. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9090
