This is a bed support for the Ormerod 2. It replaces all plywood parts. I suggest to print this thing in ABS. However be aware of warping. If in doubt you should print in PLA before you print in ABS and have warped parts.
Fully compatible with the original Y-belt clamps.
The design is based on the original CAD files but there are some modifications so it is not compatible with the plywood parts and you will need other and even more screws.
I had to split the bed in 3 parts because of the total size as it is too big for our Ormerod.
The bed-support-complete file is not intended to print. It should only show the complete bed for demonstration

This thing is not fully tested. I printed the bed support but I had a small printing error. It fits but I am not sure if this may be caused by the print error, but it should fit.

Maybe the alignment is wrong so you may have to rotate the parts.
