this is an evolutionary thing-thread that aims to explore snapping connectors that can be made with the 2D capabilities of a laser cutter. I don't delete the designs that did not work out because they show what does not work.
Instruções
In the beginning I tried cutting these out of acrylic which breaks easily. Now i prefer HDPE because it is indestructible and can bend without any breaking.
the 2mm files cut out of 2mm HDPE work great but the snapping design is still evolving.
