The Printrbot Simple is just a little too compact. The extruder power wires hit the Z screw at the bottom and the extruder thermister wires hit the Z screw at the top. I made this shim to go between the main body and the Printrboard mount to give you about half an inch of extra space.

It's a quick and dirty design so isn't perfect. I had to drill out the screw holes slightly and sand the pegs a little to get it to fit. If someone cares to refine the design, feel free.

You will need 2 M3 30mm screws to replace the original M3 16mm screws.

.35 layer height and 25% infill

Since this is not mission critical, you could use most any setting.
