Update:

Fixed a couple errors in the scad that I introduced while modifying it for the customizer. Also cleaned up the outer ring so that it will be more reliably smooth. Not sure if the customizer will bring in the changes, so I may end up re-uploading to a different thing file.

This is designed for use when doing acetone treatment of ABS objects, but you could use it for a variety of other purposes. I use a paint can lined with paper towels soaked in acetone (see http://airwolf3d.com/2013/11/26/7-steps-shiny-finish-on-abs-parts-acetone/). I printed the racks in PLA, so they would not dissolve in the acetone vapor bath.

I designed this for use in acetone vapor treatment of ABS. The racks shown in the photos were printed in PLA, which is not soluble in acetone. However, after a couple treatments I found that exposure to acetone vapor does weaken the PLA so it sagged quite a bit.

I increased the thickness of all the rack dimensions, and my new rack seems to hold up better.
