Shell for D-Sub type connectors, fully adjustable to your desired needs (because I've thrown in the FreeCAD files).

You will need:-

2 x M3 by 15 screws.
2 x M3 Nuts.
2 x No 2 x 9 self tapping screws.

Print the shell twice and also print the gripper block twice. Take care that your slicer settings don't over-extrude.

Trim off any roughness with a sharp scalpel.

Trial fit and trim further as needed (Hopefully not too much).

NOTE:- I printed this with an E-3D V6 hotend using the stock 0.4mm nozzle with decent results but I can't help thinking I should have used a 0.3mm nozzle. I wouldn't go smaller though.
