Modelo 3D Desktop Rotatable Phone Stand por sludtke42 no Thingiverse

Descrição

Just uploaded a new version with a better pencil holder in the back, improved wire wrap, and somewhat better geometry which may slice better with some programs.

This is a modular, customizable desktop phone stand with 360 degree rotation, with fixed points at 90 degrees. It should be able to accommodate phones or mini-tablets as large as 170-180mm high. This version of the holder has a peg for wrapping up the power/data cable and a small storage cylinder. You MUST download the related set of things, which actually holds the device:

This is just one of a set of device holders I'm gradually accumulating. The link above will be the clearinghouse for the set.

Instruções

This allows you to use your phone at your desk while charging in both landscape and portrait orientation. Assembly is straightforward. There are 3 pieces which should just snap together, though it may be a bit stiff the first time.

This is only 1 of the 3 pieces, you will also need to download the set here:

Notes:

  • Suggest a high infill to give it some mass so it doesn't slide around too much.

  • Pretty much any plastic seems to work well. I've tried PLA and PETC (with a couple of pieces in ABS).

  • I've printed this with as large as a 0.75mm nozzle and a 0.5mm step. However, even though it's a "bulk" piece, there are a few small details which come out much better with a finer step and smaller nozzle. This will take several hours to print, even on a pretty fast printer.

  • If the little lump on the surface of the stand itself doesn't print well, you may be able to drill it out and replace it with small piece of smoothed wire, a small bearing or similar. The lack of this piece will simply mean the holder won't lock well at 90 degree increments.

  • Generally if you need to take it apart, you can probably just give it a firm pull. If the latch mechanism gets stuck, there is a small hole about paper-clip size near the end of the barrel on one side. If you push there (with a paper clip), you should be able to disengage the latch.

  • I haven't found it necessary to use the screw-holes on the phone holder piece to latch the phone in place. Gravity does a nice job. If your cable is torquing your phone and it won't stay in place, you can print out 3-5 of the optional latch pieces and screw them into the holder so they can be rotated. Alternatively, you can screw a rubber grommet into each spot.
