I recently added a Festool Midi Dust Collector / Shop Vac to my shop, replacing the Shop Vac that has been irritating me for almost 30 years. I really didn't want to pay an additional $90 for a set of attachments, so designed the attachments shown here. One is a crevice tool, the other a narrow floor or surface sweep.

September 18, 2015 Added an adapter to adapt from the Festool hose to an Akeda dovetail jig shop vacuum attachment. This should provide a friction fit to the Akeda, but if it is too loose, it can be held on with duct tape.

I made these using ABS and 70% infill.

For the sweep, rotate the image to place the object with the sweep oriented to the plate and print with supports and a raft -- use care removing the raft so you don't break the sweep edges.

For the crevice tool, rotate to place the rectangular end on the build plate and print with supports and a raft. Using 5 top and bottom layers worked the best with the narrow sweep.
