As thin as the spring part is, I went with two shells and 95% fill with ABS. Same settings for the clip part works well for me. I successfully printed this at 85% size, but keep in mind if you do that there will be only one layer-height of support between the body and the U-shaped part on the clip portion. You'll need a thin-bladed hobby knife to free that up. Once the two parts are printed out, I find the best way to assemble them is to spread the spring part and feed it in from one side; spread the retainer hooks wider than the clip's loop. Do this carefully and you should have a clip with meshing teeth that actually close. If you print, share! Thanks.
