print your own super bright head lamp. this project requires soldering and etching your own circuit boards.

you will require: (all from ebay)

• One-Side Copper Clad Single PCB Circuit Kit Board Glass Fiber
• x7 5mm White LED 35000mcd
• x1 8X8mm Blue Cap Self-locking Type Square Button Switch
• x1 10ohm resister
• 20 or 22 AWG red and black wire
• Etchant Search (PCB Blue Environmental Protection Etchant on ebay)
• sharpie permanent pen
• Bandana
  -10Pcs PCB Print Circuit Board Carbide Micro Drill Bits Tool 0.3mm to 1.2 mm

print the switch_PCB.pdf off and past it to the back of the copper clad board. use this as a pattern to drill your holes and cut out the different pieces you need. follow the pattern and color in the boards with the sharpie then etch your boards.

(I recommend printing my "dremel table saw" to make your PCB cutting easier)

print the scope_body cone down.
print the battery pack flat.
