A basic ring (size 6.5) and a diamond shaped piece to add to the top that has "#1 Mom" embossed on the top.

I created the ring in AutoCAD, and exported STL files.

I Printed the ring and the diamond shape separately and then used acetone to combine them. I used MakerWare, and Printed the ring on its side and the diamond shape rotated so that the text was face down, flat on the printing platform.

You could probably attach the diamond shape to any other basic ring style designed to fit other sized fingers.
