If you use the post frequently and buy rols of stamps, say at your office or home, then this is a nice solution.
Just insert the stamp roll in the top section, connect the bottom and way you go.

If you are good with CAD software you can use the files to stencil out innicials or whatever you want.
When printing use 100% infill to make it sturdy and fine resolution. Also the top pice I printed it upsidedown with the slanted roof on the build platform. I used a bit of acetone on the top pice to make it shiny and the bottom I left as is.
