Scrolly is an open-source scroll!
.Use it to jot down notes without the clutter of notes
it uses two manual handles to scoll forward/backward.
The deisgn is part 3D-printed and part laser cut in plywood.
Future upgrdes may include - motorized scrolling, an integrated scanner, and a movable pen or thermal printer for ink-based digital signage.
scrolly uses standard 80mm thermal paper rolls

Instruções
*all the wooden pieces are laser cut on 5.5mm wood.
*i suggest not printing the inner tube and roller due to the fact that the z-resolution layers will increase friction, instead find plastic tubes that can be cut with a saw (use the stl's measurements to get the size right).
*use standard 80mm thermal paper rolls.
the rolls include a plastic tube inside them-using a small file cut-out/remove material so as to create a "negative-tooth" into witch the small tooth on both the gear holder and back cap can be inserted (this will increase the force applied so that the roll will turn), keep the teeth one across from another.
