Here is a revised spool bushing based on my previous http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:753630. This version can be be customized in the customizer. Any parameter can be changed making this suitable for any spool on any rod that will fit.

This is a spacer for http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:705345. Print 2 and put one in either side of the spool. It acts as a bushing and gains a little more clearance between the spool and printer. It also prevents the spool from cocking to one side or another.

Over all it just makes it easier on the extruder and satisfies OCD.

Add the specifics for your spool. Print 2, insert into spool, place back on rod.

The parameters are as follows:
Spool Size is the ID of the spool.
Tab Thickness is how thick the tabs that go into the spool will be.
Backplate Rim is the size of the rim.
Backplate Thickness is exactly what it says.
Tab Gap is how much space there is between tabs.
Tab Depth is how long the tabs are you want enough here that they will get a good hold of the spool, but not so long that the bushings meet in the middle.
Spool Rod Size is the size of the spool rod through the center.
Tolerance compensates for the fact that many printers slightly oversize exterior dimensions and undersize interior, and to give clearance from the measurements you made.
