I printed these on my RepRapPro Ormerod 2, using coloured PLA. I used 10% infill, 200 degrees Celcius for the extruder, 56 degrees Celcius for the bed, 3 solid layers on the bottom and 5 solid layers on top. 5% infill also worked fine but the top wasn't quite as nice.

I found they printed best one at a time, because otherwise the different heights resulted in the printer changing the seam location part way through the print (as the shorter blocks were finished). This would probably not be a problem printing multiples of the same block, or if your printer settings prevent the seam location moving.

I tried sanding off the corners on one to make them more kid-friendly, but decided it was unnecessary for my 1 year old nephew.
