Logitech Switch Panel - Custom FacePlate

Enhance the realism and ergonomics of your Logitech G Saitek Pro Flight Switch Panel with this fully customizable faceplate. Designed to replace or overlay the original plate, it allows you to reorganize and adapt your switch labels to match your favorite aircraft or specific flight simulation setup.

This project was modeled using Autodesk Fusion 360 with a fully modular approach to give you complete freedom over your customization.

🛠️ Fusion 360 File Architecture

The source file is organized into clear components and layers to make your editing process as seamless as possible:

• `Plate`: The base structure, modeled to the exact dimensions of the Logitech Switch Panel housing, featuring precise cutouts for the toggles, rotary switch, and landing gear lever.
• `Labels pre-configured`: A set of standard, ready-to-extrude text labels (OFF, ENGINE, QUANTUM, etc.) based on "general aviation" (Star Citizen) layouts.

• `Logo SVG custom`: A pre-configured slot to import your own SVG file (virtual airline logo, your gamertag, or custom icons) to fully personalize your panel.

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

To get the cleanest results, especially for text legibility:

• Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm (a fine initial layer helps capture sharp text details).
• Color Change (Filament Swap): To make the text pop without an MMU or Bambu AMS, slice a filament change (M600 pause command) right at the layer where the embossed text begins.
• Orientation: Print flat, top face facing up (or face down on a textured bed if you prefer that finish and your text is engraved).
