3D model Occupational Therapy Key Hole Peg Board (parametric) by haliphax on Thingiverse

Description

A key-holed peg board with box and pegs for Occupational Therapists to use for wrist motion exercises. 16 holes on the board in random rotations require the patient to use a variety of different angles. Two different peg shapes are available; one with a stem and one without for different fine motor requirements. Includes FreeCAD project, STL/STEP files, and 3MF files for single (AMS) and split plate prints of flat pegs, stemmed pegs, and both peg types. The 3MF files were generated for a Bambu Lab P2S printer, as that is what I have access to.

πŸ“ Parameters:

Most of the measurements are parametric. You can alter the various peg/tab dimensions; the box and board will automatically accommodate the new geometry. This way, you can create wider/longer pegs and tabs to meet the needs of individual patients.

πŸ–¨ Print recommendations:

  • 2 walls, 15% sparse infill, concentric solid infill
  • Board color should contrast well against peg color
