Printing & Assembly Tips

• Printable Profile: If it is difficult to source an aluminum profile, you can print and use the included 3030_profile.stl.
• Tolerance Adjustment: If the fit between the printed profile and the sled is too tight or doesn't slide smoothly, it is recommended to set the Horizontal Expansion option to -0.2mm to -0.3mm in your slicer settings.
• Smooth Operation: For the best performance, apply a small amount of lubricant to the sliding surfaces of the printed profile.
