I have designed a Vesamount which makes it much easier to set up several screens in relation to each other.

M5 heat inserts from CNC-Kitchen were inserted into the holes for adjustment. The holes for the screen are prepared for M6, as many screens use M4 screws for mounting, I strongly recommend using washers for these. The length is highly dependent on the screen used, please make sure you use the correct length! Screws that are too long can damage your screen, screws that are too short may not be able to withstand the load.

The holder is attached to an aluminum profile with M8x16 screws and profile nuts.

As the screens are hanging and not rigidly fixed, overhead mounting or mounting on motion simrigs are not possible. I can release the holders for screens up to 32”. Use with larger screens is your responsibility, but I would advise against it.

Materials required:

• 4x M8x16
• 4x M8 profile nuts
• 5x M5x35 screws (set screws)
• 5x M5 Heatinserts (CNC-Kitchen)
• 4x screws for mounting your screen

My printing parameters:

• 0.6mm nozzle
• 0.25 layer height
• 4 vertical shells
• 8 horizontal shells
• 30% infill
