I made TheBrokenNerd83's Mandalorian helmet for a friend. It is a great model.

I made the visor from a 1 mm sheet of clear PET. I think applied automotive tint. I made a couple in different tint levels and attached with velcro to account for different lighting conditions.

I made a printable template for the visor to make it easier to get right the first time. Trace the outside of the template and cut on the line.

There is a full and half version for different size print beds. The half version has arrows to indicate the top so you don't accidentally mix it up.

If you change the size of the helmet, be sure to change the size of the template by the same percentage. If you use a different helmet model or make adjustments, I'd suggest cutting one out of paper before cutting your PET sheet.
