This is a caddy for storing, transporting and displaying up to 12 sets of darts. I was not happy with the commercial options so I came up with this. The darts are only held in loosely so it is meant to be kept upright. The holes are 7.5mm in diameter based off of my largest barrels, a set of Halex steel point tungsten from the early 2000's. It will hold darts up to about 165mm which makes it just enough to accommodate my Red Dragon Amberjacks. The shell and the dart holder are all printed in rigid material and the TPU pad, strap, and latches are all printed in TPU. The tray is pretty stout so if you want to save some time on printing it would be okay to resize it along the Z axis. I have not tried it myself but the tray is thick enough as is that it could probably be printed out of TPU but with tungsten having a Mohs hardness between 7.5 and 9 I am not worried about it scratching my barrels. Not shown in the images is that there are 20mm tubes coming out the back of the tray for added stability. The TPU pad is optional but recommended as the darts hitting the hard plastic would undoubtedly wear through the bottom of the caddy in time. It might even be worth increasing the thickness of the pad if you can spare the loss in dart capacity.

Note on the Centauri Carbon: I find that the Elegoo profiles seem to work well for the materials I use even when they are not Elegoo and they are far less conservative from a speeds and feeds standpoint so I use them for nearly everything as it makes the prints go much faster. I have never found the need to fine tune unless I am printing in exotics.
