Print on your 3d printer with your favorite settings and filament. Buy a 1/4 inch insert nut, screw it in the large hole on the bottom. Heating the nut gets it to screw in easily without damaging your print. Make sure the plastic holds your iPhone tight before giving gravity a shot at taking it away. Not sure about 3d printers and how their variety affects sizes to a fraction of a mm.
