Upgraded the trays that holds the priority deal marker and the subsidy tiles!

Insert/organizer for the full game of 18USA. The file names containes the quantity to be printed. There is one company tray, that is a little bit taller than the others, that should place above the loan cubes, and is indicated by a hex symbol instead of a circle at the bottom. The insert fills up the box, there is no lid lift.
