The handles are 10 mm tall, and the bag is 20 mm. The width of the inside of the bag is 9x16 mm. Feel free to resize it however you'd like! I would use slow printing and travel speeds (around 40 mm/s for printing, and 70 mm/s for traveling) because the handles don't get enough time to cool and will get pushed by the printer nozzle.

The one with supports, when printed with the speeds listed above and not resized, takes about 20 minutes.

If you pick the one with supports, be careful when removing said supports. I made the mistake of using cutters, which resulted in a handle being broken. I printed another, though.

To remove supports: Gently push the support inward with your thumb, towards the bag opening, and slowly use more pressure until the support gives. After breaking a support, I used tweezers to pull the support from the handles.
