Enlarged version of KerfMaker allowing larger dadoes, for half lap picture frames or other projects with horizontal tenon.

Parts to be printed: Bottom-1 MIddle-1 Improved Thumbwheel -2 (I found the original too smooth to really get a grip, but the photos only show the original)

Hardware 2x M4 hex nuts 2x M4x20mm hex bolts magnet (optional for the Bottom)

Assembly

1. Glue nuts into each Thumbwheel. I prefer epoxy as CA has a tendency to fill the threads by capillary action in my hands.
2. Insert thumbwheel into the center of Top with the nut facing upwards.
3. Slide one bolt into the small hole in Middle. Place Top and Middle together and the nut should easily capture the screw. Tighten gently.
4. Repeat for Bottom and Top/Middle assembly. You may need to press the bolt down into the hole in Top to fully seat.
5. Optional: insert pin into hole in Top (I prefer not to do this in case I need to disassemble. Glue a magnet flush into the slot at the end of bottom (to grab onto the blade for intial set up)
