Descrição
This is a modular drawer system I designed for Magic the Gathering bulk storage, featuring a stackable tower design with a carry handle for the top. Each section of the tower is held together with a dovetail groove that has a push tab that locks it into place, same with the handle and base, There are detents in the housing that hold the drawers in place when carrying the tower so they don't fall out in transit. Drawers also have slots for dividers.
As of 3/18/26 I added a basket for desiccant that slides into the divider slots, the lid for the basket has a chamfered side that goes towards the front of the basket. The front of the lid is the hinging point and pressing on the back should lock it into place. pull on the sides to take the lid off.
Files should already be in the correct orientation, only support required should be under the external dovetails and under the handle of the drawer.
Because the push tab and detents are in line with the layer lines it creates a weak point, so PETG is recommended for filament. Some PLA does work (most of my towers were printed out of PLA), but some colors seem to be more brittle than others so I included a strength test piece that's just the push tab.
All of mine were printed at 5% infill and 2 wall layers using gyroid for the infill pattern.
CHANGE LOG: 3/18/26- Added drawer for sleeved cards. Added desiccant basket and lid
5/3/2026 Added an alternative base for the tower that has a smaller footprint. Also allows towers to be place directly side by side. (not recommended for taller towers)
