Description: Personal / experimental project: from zero in Blender to a printable STL, following an AI-assisted workflow. The goal was to learn the full pipeline (generation → cleanup → edits → print testing) and deliver an FDM-ready file. Workflow: • ChatGPT: tutoring and troubleshooting • 3D base: MakerLab (Bambu Studio) Image-to-3D (Tencent Hunyuan) • Blender: cleanup and adjustments (learning from scratch) • Fusion 360: Flexi Cutter edit +flexi cutter wing customization Files: • Final STL (optimized, ~6.3 MB) • 3MF with orientation and settings Print instructions: • Nozzle: 0.4 mm • Layer height: 0.20 mm • Perimeters: 2–3 • Infill: 10–15% Supports: no required Internal wing supports note: there’s a small vertical support on the wing mounts. Just flex the wings gently and it will break off on first movement.
