Are you having trouble getting rid of that dreaded brake rub? This caliper alignment block is just what you need to perfectly center your caliper on the rotor. This should fit any hydraulic brake caliper that utilizes the Shimano B05S-RX, Tektro E10.11, or similar sized two-piston brake pads from other manufacturers.

I've included alignment blocks for the most common rotor thicknesses, and some extras for rotors that are partially worn down. If you need a different size, comment with the size you need, and I'll do my best to get it uploaded.

Be sure to print with extra walls and infill (I used PETG with 5 walls and 60% infill) to ensure it's strong enough to be squeezed between the pistons without breaking.

No supports needed if printed standing up.

How to Use:

• Uninstall the wheel and measure your rotor's thickness.
• Remove the brake pads and retaining spring from the caliper and push the pistons back into the caliper using a piston press. Be careful not to damage the pistons.
• Insert an appropriately spaced alignment block (based on your rotor thickness) in place of the brake pads.
• Loosen the caliper mounting bolts just enough so the caliper is able to move freely.
• Reinstall the wheel with the rotor in the slot.
• Squeeze the brake lever a couple times and, while squeezing the lever firmly, tighten the caliper mounting bolts to the manufacturer's recommended torque.
• Remove the wheel again.
• Remove the alignment block and reinstall the brake pads.
• Reinstall the wheel, set your pads by squeezing the brake lever a few times, and send it!
