This is a stand for hanging freshly made egg pasta on to let it dry. It is fairly simple and requires only basic skills to construct.

##Materials
2 x base
2 x top
lengths of 15mm diameter dowel or tubing.
File or sander.
Mallet.

##Method
Simply cut dowel to length required (I used 450mm across the span, 300mm verticals) and insert into the holes. Sand/file where needed on holes or rod.

##Advice
I gave mine a good wipe down with an antibacterial spray before and after constructing to make sure it was clean. Be aware that dirt/debris may build up in the layer ridges. I made mine with this in mind so I made the dowel snug but not tight to allow disassembly (with a little bit of effort) for cleaning.
