My wife's circular knitting machine (knit quick branded) broke one of it's plastic needles shortly after purchase.

Nafis was kind enough to upload a 3D scan of that needle which FlippyFox remixed into a .STL which would print nicely on a FDM Printer.

I found that the FlippyFox model printed nicely but was slightly too thick when the 2 halves were super glued together. It simply wouldn't fit in the knitting machine.

So I made the 2 halves slightly thinner and this new version fits our machine perfectly.

uploading in case anyone else needs to print a replacement needle and runs into the same thickness issue we did.
