Universal e-bike conversion kit, with XT-60 connector junction box, and battery tray.

This was designed to be universal as well as be durable enough for off- road use.

I made sleeves for frame diameters between 30mm-40mm, and 0,2.5,5,10 degrees. You can make sleeves for other sizes and angles.

I printed this with a 1mm nozzle and PETG. XT-60 connectors in the junction box. This size was for 36-48v motor controllers. I was able to fit a 72v motor controller, after removing the end plates from the controller.

NOTES: UMCH, universal motor controller housing. Some of the 10-degree angle sleeves may not fit without modification. I used 2.5" screws for holding together main housing. I may add a battery cover or other parts in the future. I will upload more pictures soon. checkout version one for XT-90, embossed, and EZPRINT files.
