I derived this one from two different things: Phonecone iPhone4 version by eagleapex (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6348) and; Enhanced iPhone Dock by RobertHunt (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6931) I loved the idea and the retro look of the Phonecone so I made one and since I don't own an iPhone I took it to the park where my dog walking friends get together. They only had iPhone 3s and the thing would not fit them but they loved it. Then one of them said that she would like to have it sit up on her desk. That is when I found the Enhanced iPhone Dock and I built one. But the iPhones 3s would not stand up without the connector and in the process I also discovered that the iPhone is stereo. So... I thought, what a great project to practice my Blender skills on. I made the Enhanced iPhone Dock taller, with the holding space a bit narrower and added two holes that send the sound to the front where the cones from the Phonecone fit. The stand fits both the iPhone 3 and 4. It sounds great! And my iPhone 3 friends are delighted. OK, so I found out that the iPhone is not stereo so I've uploaded a version for the iPhone4 with only one horn. I have not made one but it should work.

Build the Dock and two cones and glue them in place making sure that the Dock sits flat. Put music on and rock! New instructions as per RobertHunt suggestion: Build the two hole dock and one cone. Then if you have the iPhone3 put the horn on the left, for the iPhone4 put it on the right. For the iPhone4, you can build the one hole version. You can still rock!
