Here's a 3D printable power button bracket for Louqe Ghost R1, since some of the buttons at least for this first batch are not aligned properly. This model allows you to adjust the placement of the button both horizontally and vertically.
The model is a bit shorter than the original bracket, so vertical alignment might get fixed just by printing it. For most users I'd recommend a starting point of: -0.5 mm horizontal offset, 0 mm vertical offset.
Steps for editing the parameters in Autodesk Fusion:
- Open the project file (.f3d) in Fusion.
- From the top ribbon select: Modify -> Change Parameters
- Set desired values for HorizontalOffset and VerticalOffset. (Click and type into the field in the "Expression" column.) Negative values move the button to the left/down. Positive values move it to the right/up. You can also modify TolerancePCBScrews and ToleranceBottomScrews if you find the threads to be too tight or loose.
- Click OK to close the window. Save the project, if you want to keep the changes for next time.
- Right-click the top-most item in the project three, "Power button bracket v13". -> Save As Mesh -> OK -> Select checkbox "Save to my computer" and browse to a desired location.
- Now you'll have a .3mf file which you can open in your slicer and print.
Let me know if the dimensions need adjusting. I'll also want to make a version that uses threaded inserts instead of printed threads.
Printed front facing down, without supports. You can use the original case screws for assembly (M3 x 6mm).
Update: Added a calibration piece which you can attach instead of the power button. Hopefully it makes it easier to estimate how much offset you need. I haven't printed or tested out the piece yet! The diameter of the innermost circle is 14 mm. Every “valley” and “crest” after that is 0.5 mm wide each. So, if you're one line width off-center, try adjusting ~0.5 mm. If you're two line widths off, adjust ~1.0 mm. If it's something in between, maybe try 0.75 mm and so on.
