thelukec's Tabletop Condition Indicators are highly expansive and I've created many general and niche effects using it. I noticed that the Fly spell is not included among the list, so I created one based off the existing rings. It is functionally identical to the other effects another than the "FLY" text. Extruded and Outward versions included.
