History: The result of a failed French-German collaboration to produce their very own main battle tank, the Leopard 1 became the mainstay of NATO armored forces at the time. Much like its French counterpart, the AMX-30, it was designed with emphasis on speed and firepower rather than armor alone, qualities that would improve survivability in times where more efficient anti-tank munitions were inevitable. Some would argue that the Leopard 1 fulfilled its roles evenly than the tanks of its period.

Notes: 1/100 scale model remixed from Guaro3D now includes rectifications & updates (i.e. undercarriage in-fill, detailed tools and tool boxes, new engine deck, cleaner turret rack, machine gun, radio antennas, amended geometry, etc.) for aesthetic, historical accuracy, and easier print.
