I have a lot of problems with the original Boxturtle Respooler wheels. The original design worked fine if you used PLA, but it didn't account for thermal expansion/shrinkage of ABS. Even with my chamber temperature stable(60c +-1c), the parts that printed in batch alongside other parts and took 13 hours ha slightly different dimension than a part that only took 50min to print. And that's enough to make the original design fail.

The most popular solution so far is a usermod in the Armored Turtle's Discord where it uses a 20t deflanged pulley and four M3x8 screws for each wheel, which is getting costly pretty quickly when you have to do it for multiple Respoolers.

So here's my design. Sturdy, minimal, and cheap while easy to work on.

I also change from heat inserts to nuts on the shaft screws, as the heat inserts always failed when tightened too much because there's too little material for them to melt with.

BOM(per wheel) -Three M3x5x4 Heat Set Inserts -Two M3 Nuts -Three M3x8 Screws -Two M3x6 Screws
