This is a kit to modify the Lansky sharpener kit to work more like the "Anystone Sharpener" I got rid of the rods, and added adjustable legs (2 different sizes) , stone holder, and angle indicator. You'll have to buy the screws, thumb nuts, and shoulder screw. The center hole is sized for an M4 tap. You'll need:

a shoulder screw 5mm diameter shoulder 5mm L, m4 thread 2x 30mm m4 screws 2x m4 thumb nuts. On the stone holder, I added a hole for a 1/8diameter pin pressed in for the rod holes but have found that its not really needed.

I also added a file for a bushing so that you can tap the m4 holes straight.

Oh, you'll probably going to need a sticky silicone mat to prevent the stone holder from sliding. I'm looking for some adhesive backed small rubber material to stick on the bottom of the stone holder but the silicone baking sheet works for now.

Also included an organizer tray to hold all the pieces in. please give me feedback on how it works. I just used default settings on my Ankermake M5 PLA+ and it all works on the first try.
