This iPhone 16 case can be printed using PLA, ABS, Nylon or just about any material you like. No need for supports as the overhangs are minimal. Prints in about 36 minutes depending on your 3D printer speed with 0.32 mm layer and moderate printing speed parameters selected. Case will flex slightly if printing using PLA even though PLA is a stiff material. ABS or Nylon flex easier but some warping may be an issue. To load phone into case drop into case so left edge fits into case then carefully flex the right side of case to allow phone to slide in and be secured by the top edges of the case.
