This tool is intended to be used with a broom handle with a 1 inch thread. Its a tight fit and the hole tapers twards to top for a very firm grip.

This tool has 2 parts. The base and the grabber. The base is what hooks to the broom handle. It is hollow to allow berries to fall into it. The grabber slids into the base via the guide grooves and then twists to secure it onto the base. This also allows this part to be replaced if needed. It has a hooked and forked tip that allows you to raise it up and around the mullberry stem and with a small pull, the mulberry falls into the base. It also has a small protruding lip that helps keep the mulberries from falling out and onto the floor or water.
