3D printing settings Assembly Instructions Parts to Print:
1× Base
1x Part A
1× Threaded Mount
1× Nut
1× Cap
1× Spreader/Deflector
As many Part B segments as needed
Pod Cups (for each active cell)
Blank Plugs (for any unused cells)
Assembly Steps:
Prepare the Reservoir: Cut a 4-inch hole in the center of the lid of a sturdy 5-gallon bucket.
Install the Base Mount: Thread the Threaded Mount into the bottom of the Base. You may apply glue for a permanent joint. Feed the mount through the hole in the bucket lid and secure it using the Nut from below.
Stack the Grow Segments: Thread Part A in to the base. Stack as many Part B pieces as you like, threading them together in your desired height configuration. Screw the Spreader/Deflector onto the topmost grow segment.
Set Up the Water System: Place your submersible water pump in the bucket and connect it to a ½" PVC Feeder Pipe using the proper fitting. Place the lid (with the base mounted) back onto the bucket. Thread your A and B tower segments onto the base, guiding the feeder pipe through the center of the spreader as you go.
Cut Feeder Pipe to Length: Trim the feeder pipe so that it extends about 1 inch above the spreader.
Cap the Tower: Screw on the Cap to finish the assembly.
Install Pods or Plugs: Insert Pod Cups into active grow cells. Seal any unused cells with Blank Plugs.
Your Modular Hydroponic Tower Garden System is now fully assembled and ready to grow!
