I designed this quad around the new EMax 1806 polymer brushless motors. These motors are incredibly inexpensive and yet surprisingly good. In order to get the most out of these motors I wanted to design the lightest, least expensive quad I could. The result of this is the mighty mini! The Mighty Mini weighs in at only 350 grams ready to fly.* This was accomplished by keeping the design simple. To this end, all parts are printed at only 10% infill. Because of the design constraints of small and light weight, the build is very compact and requires a great deal of cable management.

For the lightest frame possible print at 10% infill. If you want more durability consider bumping it up to 15%.

If you are using the EMax motors listed use the EMax Arms instead of the regular arms. If you wish to use other motors with this quad frame, the Regular Arms might be a better fit.

Make sure to mirror 2 of the 4 arms so that the dihedral is correct. All 4 arms should be facing in towards the middle of the frame.
