Jlawton's floating Lotus flower is a great design. After printing it once, I tried scaling it up to 125% which is just the right size to house a 2/3 AAA battery in the center. (I have included the STLs for the 125% up-sized flower.) I printed a battery box for 2/3 AAA batteries as well as a center stand to support the leds and the solar panel. The solar panel and the charge controller/boost converter were salvaged from dead Dollar Tree solar stake lights. The leds came from a string of colored flowers (leds) that had been laying dead in the yard for years.

The solar panels shown push enough energy into a 400ma, NIMH battery in a short South Dakota winter day to keep them glowing in our bedroom all night long.

The 2-3 Battery Box 37mm.stl file is the battery box for a 2/3 AAA battery to hide in the bottom of the table. The F L Table 125% v4.stl has the three parts necessary for supporting the solar panel and the LEDs. (Keep the screw that held the charge controller/Boost Converter and LED in the solar light to attach it to the Table)
