Quick-print and lightweight variation on Swiss Army Style SD Holder by Dranoweb (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:633436)
Added slots for MS-series cards.
Added 4mm thick cover with cuts.
Added SolidWorks (2013) models for customization:

cover
inserts (each slot 2.8mm for SD, card reader is 16.4mm - divide this height on each insert in pair)

Instruções

ABS, 0.2mm layers, 3 perimeters, 0.4 skin thickness, 0.4 extrusion width, without support. Infill only for covers and inserts.
For final assembly, choose one pair of inserts - height depends of slots quantity. Might be need to combine this pair (acetone).
For card-reader slot + any 3 pcs of cards slots is perfectly fits M3x30mm screws.
