Threaded insert practice block for Hanglife threaded inserts (e.g. https://a.co/d/5IoIEtq).

I'd uploaded a block earlier, but the holes were sized based on the "Dimensions" of the inserts - Hanglife doesn't include hole dimensions on this kit! But when I bought individual replacements, they DO have specifications. So this block is sized to those. I also have both Blind and Through practice holes here.

Here are Hanglife's recommendations. The practice block is sized to the larger of the recommended hole sizes. Blind holes are set to 1mm deeper than the insert; Through holes are stepped to tight (+0.2mm) screw clearance at the depth of the insert.

Insert: M2 Hole size: 2.66-2.70mm Wall thickness (min): 1.3mm

Insert: M2.5 Hole size: 3.16-3.20mm Wall thickness (min): 1.6mm

Insert: M3 Hole size: 4.31-4.35mm Wall thickness (min): 1.6mm

Insert: M4 Hole size: 5.31-5.35mm Wall thickness (min): 2.1mm

Insert: M5 Hole size: 6.36-6.40mm Wall thickness (min): 2.6mm

Insert: M6 Hole size: 8.06-8.10mm Wall thickness (min): 3.3mm

Due to wall thickness requirements, I recommend printing this at 100% infill. Honestly it doesn't add a ton to the print time, especially if you set the wall thickness to accommodate the M6 inserts.

Edit: And, of course, as soon as I uploaded it I noticed an error (－‸ლ) but fortunately just a labeling error, the holes were correct. Uploaded new .3MF file but the picture shows M4 in 4, 5, and 8mm depths- they're actually 4, 6, and 8mm.
