attempt to replace Cyano Acrylate bottle nozzle.
the good news is the threads work, the bad news is the tip is too big on the larger model to be of much use as a glue tip for CA but may work for white glues.

revised file has a much smaller applicator tip for superglues. It printed a little better but the overhang is difficult. Also the tip did not print all the way to the top with my printer for some reason. print the tip portion at 1.1 scale if you have the same bottle to make the cap fit better.

revised4 file is has a sloped overhang to fix printing issues on my
printrbot 1405 and is scaled slightly to fit the existing glue cap better. I will try to print it now and see if it works better than the previous model.

revised 4 flat is resized for the cap, but with the flat applicator section so that the model can be printed in 2 parts if the overhang does not work out on your printer.

made in Fusion360 work in progress. learning as I go.

printed best so far at .4 shell thickness and .1 layer thickness.

The overhang did not print too well on my first print. I had to print the nozzle separate from the the nut. I will try to revise to make this unnecessary.

the revised4 file has a cone shape to try to print in one piece but the flat one is there in case you want to print the nut and the tip separately (I use cura to cutoff the bottom of the model.

it slices in Repetier better than cura for some reason. The photo shows how cura did not slice all of the way to the tip.

rev4 printed ok but I did have to cobble together two gcodes in Cura to get the full model. I will attach the gcode if it is possible, but basically I sliced the bottom section normally, and the tip I sliced just the outer contour and pasted the two codes together at about slice 380.

don't bother with the fat tip one unless you have a special use for that one. it is not so great for superglue, unless you are using a syringe applicator.
