This is a modified version of Propeller Launcher based on Lucas Hannert's Launcher design. Original design.

I was unable to print the original design on my printer due to its lack of precision and the use of PET bottles as filament. However, if you have a high-precision printer (such as a Bambulab, for which the original design was developed), I recommend using the Lucas version.

I also recommend scaling the propellers up to 102% for best results

Update: This is the second version of the Propeller Launcher.

Changes made:

• The sizes of all planetary gearbox stages have been adjusted to be fully identical. The only differences are the first-stage carriage, which has a thread for the lower housing, and the third-stage sun gear, which has a different output shaft socket shape. All other components in the three stages are identical and interchangeable.
• The diameter of all gear teeth has been reduced by 0.2 mm to improve sliding and reduce the effort required to launch the propeller.
• The three stages of the internal gear have been combined into a single part (previously, the first stage was separate from the second and third).
• The height of the upper housing has been reduced (the lower housing remains unchanged).
• The previous version of the launcher has been saved in the archive.
• Additionally, the archive includes new gears files optimized in the same way as in new version.
