EDIT 2/18/2015: Customizer image size changed from 100x100 pixels to 40x40 pixels to allow for one pixel per layer at 0.2mm layer height. Higher resolution STL removed. Also, corrected for improperly rotated side(4) and removed other artifacts from DrXenocide's design.

Set print speed low (I used 30mm/s) because you want the best quality resolution due to the small image area. Low resolution images such as 8-bit images with high contrast work best.
