Garbage trucks are marvels of engineering, seamlessly combining power and precision to manage an essential task in modern society. The front-loading garbage truck, with its synchronized movements and intricate mechanisms, showcases this brilliance in motion.

This 3D model captures that brilliance as an interactive, printable project, designed to be both fun and fulfilling. Inspired by my cherished memories of building projects with my grandfather during Christmas vacations, this model aims to offer families the same opportunity to bond, learn, and create together. Children are naturally fascinated by big machines, and this model adds an educational element by showcasing how a real garbage truck works. ##The project comes in two versions:

> ##There are three ways to print this.

1. As single piece:- Please download STL file but there wont be any movements.
2. Multiple Pieces :- Download 3mf file with Full_dismantled.3mf.BEST QUALITY OUTPUT. Please use the 3mf file for assembly also. CHECK EASE OF PRINTING TITLE BELOW
3. Combined:- You may use any 3D viewer software like 3D builder in windows to merge components according to your printer and filaments. The sky is the limit for this. You may find a sample file ending with combined.3mf.

1. This model contains parts of 5 colors - YELLOW, BLACK, RED, GREY & WHITE. I have separated these into different plates according to color and in the optimum print position. Please download and extract the file “Print Plates According to Colour.zip” to make use of them. These plates can be opened in any slicer and printed according to your print profiles. Check the names of the files for the color to print with.
2. The 8th to 10th Plates can be printed with filament change for the brand names on the top, if you choose so.

Hydraulic Lines (Premium)

The design allows use of TPU filament as hydraulic and fuel lines. Since it may be difficult to stick TPU filament to PLA, I recommend melting the ends of TPU filament and inserting into the holes. Please make sure there is adequate slack in the lines. (GIF coming soon)

#STATIC DISPLAY LOCKING The are specific mechanisms provided by which various links can be locked in different poses. Please use a small piece of filament to lock the links as shown in the instructions below(GIF coming soon)
