Print this model upside-down with supports and rafts. After printing, cut the supports off with a razor blade. On my Makerbot Replicator, I used 25% infill to prevent sagging and standard quality because the higher bead size of standard quality yields a shinier finish.

A bold idea would be to print this in stainless, then polish the result to a mirror shine.
